Insurance brokerage and risk management services firm Arthur Gallagher has acquired employee benefit consulting and brokerage services provider RSI.
Founded in 1980, RSI provides services including strategic analysis and plan design, benefit outsourcing, retirement plan consulting and employee communications support.
RSI’s team of associates will continue to operate at their current location under the direction of David Ziegler, eastern regional executive vice president of Gallagher’s employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations.
