Arthur Gallagher, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Providium Consulting Group, headquartered in Fairport, New York. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Providium Consulting Group offers employee benefit consulting and brokerage services as well as human resource consulting services to their clients in the northeastern US.
Richard Bannister, Keith Williams and their associates will continue to operate from their Fairport and Buffalo, New York locations under the direction of David Ziegler, eastern regional executive vice president of Gallagher’s employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations.
