Arthur Gallagher, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Life Insurance Strategies located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, US. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Life Insurance Strategies provides life insurance programs for estate planning, charitable giving and familial bequests.
Peter Dellapina and his associates will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of David Ziegler, eastern regional executive vice president of Gallagher’s employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations.
