Insurance brokerage and risk management services firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co has acquired The Buchholz Planning (BPC) for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Madison of Wisconsin, BPC offers employee benefits consulting and brokerage services for middle-market and large businesses and individuals across the US.

BPC is also specialized in providing life and disability insurance solutions to healthcare organizations.

Under the leadership of Gallagher’s North Central employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations head Bill Ziebell, the BPC’s William Buchholz, his partners and associates will continue to operate at their current location.

Based in Lubbock of Texas, Ashmore offers property/casualty, employee benefits consulting, and risk management insurance services for commercial and personal lines clients in the central US.
