US-based global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm Arthur J Gallagher & Co has purchased 78.5% interest in Insurance Dialogue of Bournemouth (IDL), England.
The amount of transitions and terms of the agreement have not been disclosed by the firms.
As per the agreement, IDL managing director, David Holden and his team mates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of David Ross, CEO of Gallagher’s London-based international brokerage operation, said the US acquirer.

IDL, operating under the brand Insure4Retirement, is a retail insurance broker providing personal insurance products across the UK and has a complete suite of personal insurance coverage within the homeowner and automobile markets.
