Arthur J Gallagher & Co, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Arizona-based Tribeca Strategic Advisors. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1999, Tribeca is an alternative risk and captive consulting and management company providing captive management services to their small and middle-market, group and association clients throughout the US.
Tribeca specialize in the design, implementation, licensure and management of captive insurance companies.
Karl Huish and his associates will continue to operate in their Arizona location under the direction of David McManus, president of Artex Risk Solutions, Gallagher’s captive management and alternative risk programs subsidiary.
Arthur J Gallagher & Co chairman, president and CEO Patrick Gallagher said that Tribeca is well known for their flexible approach to captive management services.
"Their extensive captive experience and solid small and middle-market client focus will be a terrific addition to Artex Risk Solutions," Gallagher said.
