Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of Denman Consulting Services in Denver, Colorado. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1987, Denman Consulting Services offers employee benefit brokerage and consulting services for their clients throughout the western United States. They specialize in group health and welfare, voluntary benefits and wellness plans with an emphasis on planning, design, implementation, regulatory compliance and cost containment for group businesses.

William Denman, James Breitbach and their associates will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of Norbert Chung, head of Gallagher’s Western employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations.
