Arthur J Gallagher & Co has acquired Grace/Mayer Insurance Agency in Omaha, Nebraska for an undisclosed sum.
Grace/Mayer Insurance Agency trades as a retail insurance broker which offers property/casualty, employee benefits and risk management insurance services for their US and international commercial and personal lines clients.
After the consolidation of the operations of the both firm, John Lehr and his team will continue to operate from their current Omaha location as Gallagher Grace/Mayer, said the acquirer.
Arthur J Gallagher & Co chairman, president and CEO Patrick Gallagher said Grace/Mayer Insurance will add to the company’s geographic footprint in the Midwest.
