Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) has completed acquisition of California-based G. S. Chapman & Associates Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed amount.
As part of transaction, Gregory Chapman and team will continue operations from existing Pasadena and Lafayette, California locations under the supervision of Gallagher’s retail property/casualty brokerage operation western regional manager James McFarlane.
AJG chairman, president and CEO Patrick Gallagher said Chapman’s strong California presence, depth of expertise and almost 40-year history will be an excellent addition to the company’s Western Region brokerage operations.
