Armstrong/Robitaille/Riegle Business and Insurance Solutions, US, has acquired California-based Robco Insurance Services – reported Insurance Journal.
Glenn Robinson, President of Robco Insurance Services, stated that his role will remain unchanged for current clients. The new combined company will have freedom to explore new business models and delivery channels for landscape companies, attorneys, accountants and related vendors within the HOA community (including insurance coverages for the management companies themselves).
Armstrong/Robitaille/Riegle Business and Insurance Solutions is a California-based insurance company, which offers commercial property and casualty, risk management, claims management, loss control programs, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, retirement plans, surety and personal lines coverages.
Robco Insurance Services specialises in commercial property, liability, umbrella, workers’ compensation and directors and officers’ liability.
