Argonaut Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Argo Group US, has chosen Intracorp, a subsidiary of Cigna, as the vendor for medical bill review, renewing the company's current six-year contract with the latter.
According to Intracorp, its premier bill review service offers advanced technology combined with dedicated compliance expertise to identify inaccurate, inappropriate, and excessive charges on medical bills.
Medical bills are reviewed by Intracorp’s bill review engine, which incorporates an extensive set of automated rules and customer-specific processing rules.
