Argo Insurance, a member of Argo Group International Holdings, will offer a landscape and arborist program through its commercial programs unit in partnership with First Capital - Arrowhead Wholesale Insurance Services (FC-AWIS).
The program, specifically tailored to the needs of landscape and arborist contractors, will offer coverage for property, crime, inland marine, commercial auto and excess risks, according to insurer.
Argo Insurance Commercial Programs, led by vice president Jackie Bourret, provides specialized commercial niche programs customized to meet the specific insurance needs of targeted business segments, which also includes experienced program administrators with proven track records.
FC-AWIS will continue to underwrite, rate and issue policies for the landscape and arborist program from its headquarters in California.
Argo Insurance will oversee auditing and compliance for the program and policies, which will be issued by Argonaut Insurance Company.
FC-AWIS chief executive officer Kevin Kilkenny with its program-centric business philosophy, discipline and the strength of its parent company, Argo Group, the firm will be able to offer program on a broader scale.
