American Postal Workers Union Health Plan (APWUHP) has deployed Eldorado's Javelina solution to maximize claims and benefits management efficiencies.
Eldorado, a division of MphasiS, claims that Javelina solution will enhance claim and benefit administration, increase employee productivity, reduce administrative costs and enhance operational efficiencies for APWUHP.
American Postal Workers Union chief operating manager Rocky Midgett said that the Javelina solution helps APWUHP to ensure accurate and consistent application of claims payment policies while accelerating speed of reimbursement.
“Javelina’s robustness, scalability, configurability and service-oriented architecture platform enable us to become more agile, improve business performance, facilitate exchange of information between disparate systems, reduce the total cost of ownership, and enhance services to members and physicians,” said Midgett.
