Apex Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, has acquired substantially all the assets of Global Intermediaries of Eugene, d/b/a Global Intermediaries.
The Oregon-based Global Intermediaries is a wholesale operation that provides excess liability, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, police professional, and other specialty insurance lines to self-insured public entities, with annualized revenues of approximately $1.3m.
Judd Feldman, president of Global Intermediaries of Eugene, and his team of insurance professionals will join the Apex and continue to serve their clients and customers from their existing Eugene, Oregon location, under the Apex Insurance Services.
Apex Insurance president Karl Snearer said the newly to be joined Judd and his team will assist Apex in expanding the presence in the Pacific Northwest and western US.
