Aon Consulting, a global benefits and human capital consulting organization of Aon, has earned an opportunity to provide benefits and human capital solutions and services to the US Army.

Through an agreement with ICF Incorporated, a subsidiary of ICF International, the company may compete to provide a full range of support to the Army’s human resources programs and systems, as part of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.

Cecelia Evans, federal practice leader of Aon Consulting, said: “Both ICF International and US Army sought out partners with strong records of success in serving Federal agencies. We look forward to providing the type of benefits and human capital solutions required by a group as important and unique as the US Army.”

The overall ICF International-led contract, which began in December 2009, is for five years and has a total program maximum value of $1.27bn.
