Aon Consulting, a consulting, administration and employee benefits firm, has appointed Kevin Smith and Paul Hartfield as directors to its pensions administration team.
Mr Smith has been appointed as the transition director, while Mr Hartfield has taken up the position of client service director. Both are tasked with further strengthening the pensions administration operational leadership team in response to growth prospects.
Mr Smith will be responsible for the ownership of the operational and transition strategy for Aon Consulting’s proposition to larger schemes, as well as assisting the leadership team with the implementation of key business objectives.
Mr Hartfield is tasked with running the Farnborough pensions administration operation that spans 130 staff and 100 clients, as well as further bolstering the operational leadership team along with Mr Smith. He joins Aon Consulting from Xafinity Paymaster, where he was scheme member services director.
