Aon Australia has signed a new agreement with Xchanging, a UK based business processor, to support the creation of an expanded servicing capability for the company.
Under the terms of agreement, Xchanging will build infrastructure to support the growth of Aon Australia’s business in the region.
Xchanging said that this project expands scope of work the company currently does for Aon as its global processor of choice and complements workers’ compensation claims management business in the region.
Aon Australia CEO Steve Nevett said that in Xchanging the company has found an organisation that understands its business and brings expertise and best-practice to expand its servicing capability.
Xchanging provides insurance claims processing and technical accounting and settlement services to Aon Benfield and Aon Risk Services in the UK as well as claims services to Aon Benfield in the US.
