Posts a net income of $6.1m

Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers has reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009, with an increase of 21% in its revenue.

The company posted revenue of $4.7m, a 21% increase compared to $3.9m posted in the corresponding quarter of previous year. EBITDA increased from $531,000 to $961,000, an increase of 80% in comparison to the same quarter of 2008.

Net income of the company for the quarter ended June 30 was $6.1m, compared to a net loss of $306,000 for the same quarter of previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter is $0.64 per share, compared to a loss of $0.04 per share.
