Amica Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Amica Mutual Insurance Company, has implemented LifeSuite Automated Underwriting platform from StoneRiver.
Amica has selected the new tool based on its previous experience of use of both StoneRiver’s Life Portraits needs analysis and illustration system, and ID3 policy administration system.
Amica Life vice president Ted Shallcross said LifeSuite will allow the company to triage cases based on plan-specific criteria, providing for a streamlined underwriting process, including auto issue capabilities
"Using StoneRiver’s Life Portraits, LifeSuite and ID3 policy administration system, we have a seamless, end-to-end solution for point of sale, issuance and administration," Shallcross added.
Rhode Island based Amica Life Insurance currently offers a wide range of life insurance products, from an annually renewable term product to whole life, term plans and annuities.
