To deliver on its customer and agent service vision
Guidewire Software, a provider of flexible core systems to property/casualty insurers, American Family Insurance has selected Guidewire Insurance Suite products, Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter to deliver policy administration and customer billing services.
The company stated that its PolicyCenter provides property/casualty insurers with full lifecycle policy administration system. Supporting both commercial and personal lines, PolicyCenter enhances the processes of new business submission, change endorsement, and renewal management.
The Guidewire’s BillingCenter is designed to allow insurers manage agent commissions; automate the billing lifecycle; design billing, payment and delinquency plans; and allow rapid integration with external payment systems.

Reportedly, PolicyCenter and BillingCenter built on the same platform are available separately or as part of the Guidewire Insurance Suite and can be integrated to an insurer’s existing systems or third party applications.
