Wisconsin-based American Family Insurance has selected Ecteon as its enterprise contract management software provider.
Ecteon claims that its contract management software, Contraxx, will enable American Family Insurance to optimize the lifetime value of business relationships through centralizing, standardizing and systemizing the complete contract lifecycle, beginning from creation through expiration or renewal.
Ecteon CEO Richard Eckerstrom said that American Family chose Ecteon to help them optimize their contract management, after careful review of Ecteon’s success in helping other large organizations meet unique contract management challenges.
American Family Insurance offers auto, home, life and annuities, health, business and farm, and ranch insurance and operates in 19 US states, with more than 3,000 independent contractor exclusive agents.
