American General Life Companies (American General) has enhanced AG Quick Ticket, its web-based life insurance application tool, facilitating producers to complete and submit applications electronically and ensures fast turnaround times for the interview, exam and submission of the full application to American General.

The tool improvement includes status notifications to the writing agent’s upline and the ability to submit replacements through the tool.

Additionally, the offering also allows producers to enter AG Quick Ticket through popular illustration and quoting tools, such as WinFlex and Vital Term, as well as through agency websites.

American General executive vice president and chief distribution officer John Deremo said that the firm will continue to develop AG Quick Ticket based on valuable feedback from the firm’s distribution partners.

"Our goal is to offer a best-in-class solution to help our producers go from submission to commission as quickly and easily as possible," Deremo added.

The US underwriter said that it has developed AG Quick Ticket, in collaboration with Ebix and ExamOne, which helps users to complete producers in online application or through American General’s eStation producer business resource center website.

According to the firm, once a producer submits an online ticket application using AG Quick Ticket, ExamOne will contact the client to conduct the interview, complete health information and schedule the required paramedical exams.

The tool also facilitates producers to check their application’s status at all stages, anytime through eStation or ExamOne’s website.
