Prima Solutions announced that its Prima Insure platform has been selected by ALTIMA to process underwriting, policy and claim management of all P&C business.
The platform manages insurance business processes within a P&C contract, ranging from quoting to policy issuance, as well as financial collection and renewal to claims management and payment.
The company said that Prima Insure can be used as an end-to-end system for distribution, contract and claim management to replace legacy systems or as a set of independent modules to complement existing software applications.
ALTIMA CEO Philippe Ramangasoavina said the company has selected the Prima Insure platform as its core system to process P&C business.
"After a broad and deep examination of the insurance software market, we decided to extend our use of the Prima Insure platform to digitize all our business processes," Ramangasoavina added.
According to Prima Solutions, the platform can be configured and customized to suit the needs of users, including customers, distributors, underwriters, policies, and claims handlers.
