Allied Solutions, a distributor of financial products and services for financial institutions, has acquired Alamo Financial Insurance Services, a California-based independent insurance agency.
As a part of this acquisition, Kevin Anderson, the president of Alamo Financial, will join Allied as regional sales vice president in Northern California.
Allied Solutions president Pete Hilger said Anderson will bring with him more than 40 client relationships and significant expertise in the credit union market.
Client development manager Jamy Adams, who joined Allied Solutions in 2010, will join Anderson in the Northern California office. Both have 20 years of experience serving the credit union market.
Anderson said that with Allied’s products, services and client support, Alamo can provide clients with the best the industry has to offer. Allied Solutions is a premier provider and Alamo look forward to building the business in Northern California.
