Cybersecurity division Kudelski Security is set to provide cybersecurity incident response services to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), Allianz Group's carrier for corporate and specialty insurance business.

AGCS customers will receive incident response services in case of a cyber breach, which is part of the firm’s insurance solution for cyber and IT risks, Allianz Cyber Protect.

Under the deal, Kudelski will provide cybersecurity services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Kudelski Security senior vice-president Christophe Nicolas said: "Mastering risks related to online presence and being prepared against cyber threats is the new norm for every business."

The services being covered include initial incident response customer onboarding, as well as cyber incident response and support from incident evaluation, investigation, containment, to remediation strategy.

Kudelski will help the clients of AGCS to evaluate their organization’s ability to detect and respond to cyberattacks, as well as support them should an incident arise.

The company will help AGCS clients by assigning a multi-disciplinary cybersecurity emergency response team to cope with the attack, if a cyber incident occurs.
