Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America has named Kirk Williams as its new vice president of human resources.
Mr Williams will report to Allianz CEO Gary Bhojwani, and Yvonne Franzese, chief human resources officer of Allianz of America, the holding company of Allianz Life.
Mr Williams comes to Allianz from Honeywell International, where he most recently was the vice president of labor and employee relations, and was responsible for managing employee and labor relations issues for Honeywell’s automation and control solutions business.
Mr Bhojwani said: Kirk brings a wealth of experience and skills that will help Allianz enhance its performance and employee satisfaction, while strengthening the company’s role as an employer of choice.
