Allianz Commercial has appointed Russell Corbould-Warren as the division’s new SME underwriting manager. He will replace Catherine Dixon, who was recently moved to the role of property and risk control manager.
Corbould-Warren will be responsible for underwriting the small business account, ensuring it achieves profitable growth by managing the underwriting team and optimizing the underwriting, pricing and segmentation of the SME book.
Corbould-Warren has been part of Allianz Commercial’s management team for the past four years. He moves from his position as business systems manager where he played a key role in the development of the QuoteSME online quote platform.
Allianz Commercial SME Affinity & Broker Markets head David Martin said that Russell brings a wealth of commercial experience and systems understanding which will be vital to the ongoing development of Allianz’s SME proposition.
