Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, a provider of a range of fixed annuities and life insurance products, has appointed Le Phan as the new senior counsel of employment law.
In her new role, Ms Phan will be responsible for providing legal services with respect to the company’s employment related matters. She will also provide educational information to employees in all matters related to employment topics.
Ms Phan has practiced law in Minnesota for 13 years, most recently as a shareholder at the Minneapolis law firm of Felhaber Larson Fenlon & Vogt. She has also worked on a variety of employment litigation matters including matters relating to breach of contract, discrimination, wrongful discharge, non-compete agreements and non-solicitation agreements.
In addition to her litigation experience, Ms Phan has also advised and trained clients regarding a range of employment issues.
