The supervisory board of Allianz has appointed Oliver Bate to the board of management of Allianz as of January 1, 2008. Mr Bate will take the newly created position of COO.
Jan Carendi will leave the board of management of Allianz on December 31, 2007. Clement Booth will take over Carendi’s responsibility for the NAFTA region and Werner Zedelius will assume responsibility for the group-wide customer focus initiative.
