Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, part of Allianz, has appointed Bob Densmore as new senior vice president (SVP)- national sales manager.
In his new role, Densmore will lead Allianz annuity sales strategy through the independent, bank, regional and wire broker/dealer distribution channels.
Densmore brings more than 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Allianz Life in 2008 as a district director for the Midwest District.
Allianz Life Financials Services president Robert DeChellis said Bob has successfully demonstrated his ability to drive revenue as an individual contributor and has established himself as a credible leader during his tenure at Allianz Life.
"As annuity products continue to grow in popularity and converge in sales channels, we are positioning ourselves to sell them how and where consumers are looking to purchase retirement protection and guarantees."
