UK general insurer Allianz Insurance has implemented Guidewire’s claims management system ClaimCenter standardize claims handling processes.
According to Guidewire, the system will provide visibility into claims operations, data analytics and enhance reporting capabilities.The platform supports insurers in reducing loss adjustment expense, and enables proactive management of claims.
Allianz Insurance claims director Graham Gibson said that the company has a major opportunity to make a positive impression on our customers depending on how well it handles their claims.
"Guidewire ClaimCenter will help us expand this capability and complement our existing systems," Gibson added.
The platform is available as a standalone system or as part of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite, and can be integrated into an insurer’s legacy systems or third party applications.
