The Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) has signed an agreement with Willis North America, to assist senior living operators to reduce costs, better mitigate risk and improve services offered to seniors and their families.

Under the terms of the accord, ALFA members will co-work with Willis’ Senior Living Practice Group to reduce costs, improve their operating risk profile and better meet employee benefit and insurance objectives.

Willis will serve as endorsed risk management insurance broker and human capital consulting partner for the ALFA and its members as a part of the agreement.

The enhanced property, casualty and employee benefit policy terms and conditions, competitive pricing and cutting edge risk management solutions can be availed by the ALFA member companies operating senior living communities including independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.

An exclusive access to Willis’ Senior Living Practice Group expertise and resources through a web-based portal will be available for the ALFA members.
