AGF Allianz Group has announced that Jacques Richier, CEO of Swiss Life France, will join as its managing director during summer 2008.
Mr Richier will be responsible for the activities of the group in France and will be member of the Allianz international executive committee.
The responsibilities of chairman and managing director of AGF will be separated. Jean-Philippe Thierry, who remains member of the Allianz board, will leave his operational responsibilities in France as planned and will stay chairman of AGF. Mr Richier has also been appointed as board member of AGF.
