AgentSecure, online service managed by InsureZone, has upgraded its suite of insurance sales and service tools with the induction of PolicySpot, a complete online policy servicing platform.
The new system comprises all tools, which an agent needs to serve their client’s needs, including certificates, online document retention and storage, endorsements and ID Cards among others, claims the US firm.
The tool is equipped with request tracking-a real-time tracking of service requests; Cloud-based policy document storage, Policies in force listing- offering easy access for service, renewals and re-quoting of policies.
Additionally, the system is also integrated with policy activity summary, easy submissions, canceled policies listing and upgraded reporting.
