California-based AFA Claims Services has signed an agreement to implement the Diamond Claims system for AFA’s claims processing from Insuresoft, a policy administration solution provider for property and casualty insurance carriers.
Diamond Claims is part of The Diamond System which is a fully automated suite of pre-integrated best-of-breed solutions for personal and commercial insurance carriers and MGA’s.
The Diamond System can be implemented as a fully integrated suite of products or as best-of-breed components for policy administration, billing, claims and print processing.
Built on the Microsoft .NET platform, it has a services-oriented architecture that enables web-based access for agents, consumers and other insurance carrier partners, which can be deployed as an on-premise or hosted solution for property and casualty companies of all sizes.
AFA Claims president Perry Daskas said diamond Claims provided users with real-time coverage validation based on date and time of loss and significant improvement in workflows which will have an immediate positive impact on financials.
Insuresoft vice president of sales Bradley Stoub said diamond Claims will provide AFA with robust functionality through improved customer service and overall operational efficiencies that will help lower AFA’s loss costs.
