US based provider of excess and surplus lines coverage, Admiral Insurance Company has promoted Scott Barraclough as its new executive vice president of primary operations.
Barraclough, in his new role, will be responsible for the primary property, casualty and professional liability business of Admiral’s four branches located in Atlanta, Austin, Cherry Hill, and Seattle, US.
Barraclough, who joined Admiral in 1990, will directly report to president and chief executive officer James Carey.
Carey said in this new capacity, Barraclough will have an even larger impact, helping Admiral to continuously excel at serving the needs of its customers.
In operation since 1973, Admiral Insurance markets and underwrites specialty insurance products and programmes to a variety of niche markets through its regional offices located across the US.
