Adactus, a claims management software provider, has launched a new cloud based claims management system called Pulse, to help the insurance companies and their providers to support the management of property related claims across the supply chain.
The solution allows firms to connect directly with insurers, accounting systems and other third-party systems to process claims quickly and helping in reduction of the cost.
According to the Adactus, Pulse is capable of reducing timescales and costs by capturing vital survey and inspection details onsite through mobile devices, a key feature of the Pulse.
Adactus MD Chris Hall said Pulse has been designed based on customer’s requirements including an easy to use dashboard and intuitive user interface with mobile use improving process efficiency.
