Affiliated Computer Services has announced a five-year, multi-million dollar information technology (IT) contract to extend its relationship with Symetra Financial, a provider of employee benefits, annuities and life insurance services.
As per the renewed contract, ACS will continue to provide full IT infrastructure services, as well as utilise new technological innovations including the ACS Management Platform.
The company has provided a range of IT infrastructure services including data center, help desk, and voice and data networks for Symetra since 2004. Additionally, ACS intends to provide output and content management services, as well as a variety of cross-functional services including security, asset management and disaster recovery.
