ACE USA, the US-based retail operating division of the ACE Group, has restructured its global property business and appointed new leadership to provide customized products and services to multinational clients.

The changed structure consists of two zonal operations, and a centralized complex risk unit to address the unique needs of global property programs, according to the ACE USA.

As part of reorganizing, Kelley Kinsella and Brian Church have been appointed as senior vice presidents and zonal executives. They will establish the unit’s overall strategic underwriting direction, drive portfolio management, and deliver client services with their respective teams across the nine ACE USA regions.

Kinsella and Church also will oversee regional production plans, product sales, marketing and producer management, as well as staff management and general operations. Both will report to Paul McNamee, president, Property and Specialty Lines, North America.

Based in Chicago, Kinsella’s responsibilities will include overseeing the Western Zone, including the Northwest, Western, Midwest, Southwest, and Houston regions.

Kinsella has over 25 years of experience at ACE USA and an ACE predecessor company, she most recently served as senior vice president and chief operating officer for the ACE USA Midwest Region.

Based in New York City, Church will have responsibility for the Eastern Zone, encompassing the Northeast, New York, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions.

Church joined ACE in 2005, and most recently serving as vice president and regional underwriting manager for ACE USA’s Southwest and Houston Regions.

In addition, Eric Stoer has been appointed as senior vice president, with responsibility for all complex multinational property programs, including fronted programs, property Cashflow (captive), and Controlled Master Programs (non-captive).

In this new role, Stoer will work closely with Kinsella and Church to oversee marketing, underwriting, servicing, quality control and management for these accounts. Based in New York City, Stoer will also report to McNamee.

Stoer has over 14 years of experience in the global property and marine arena to this new position, having joined ACE in 2006. He most recently served as vice president, global account manager for ACE USA Property and Specialty Lines.
