The ACE Group has appointed Bruce Kessler as president of ACE Westchester, the company’s Atlanta-based wholesale broker-distributed business specializing in excess and surplus property and casualty lines in North America.
In this role, Mr Kessler will oversee all operations for ACE Westchester’s wide array of specialty property, casualty, environmental, professional liability and inland marine insurance products.
Based in Georgia, Mr Kessler will report to John Lupica, chief operating officer, Insurance-North America.
Mr Kessler has more than 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, and most recently served as president, ACE Westchester casualty and specialty lines. He previously held the positions of executive vice president and chief underwriting officer, Insurance-North America, and senior vice president for global reinsurance, ACE Tempest Re USA, the company’s Stamford, Connecticut-based reinsurance company.
