ACE USA has expanded its ACE Worldview platform to ACE Risk Management (ARM) clients and brokers, which allows users to access real time status updates for their US domestic primary casualty programs.

Delivering users with customized reporting tools for managing and tracking program information, the interactive portal streamlines an array of processes encompassing electronic delivery of policies and endorsements.

It also allows access to application pages, which can be used to monitor the completion of account activities, review comments and status of activities, and trace documentation for activities that have been finished.

ACE USA division president Chris Maleno said the platform was designed to give risk managers and brokers a way to exercise control over the varied and growing demands they face.

"With real-time access to information, an extensive document repository, coupled with interactive portals, ACE Worldview for ARM is a service-oriented system that allows users to manage large, complex primary casualty programs, multiple policies and recent or pending activities," Maleno added.

ACE Worldview will allow ARM to issue policies and endorsements electronically through the ACE Worldview portal to all policyholders that approve to electronic delivery.

It will also cater document library, including electronic repository of all policies and endorsements, notices of elections, collateral agreements and captive reinsurance agreements as well as audit and adjustment manager portal to review and verify premium audit adjustments.

Clients or brokers can tender service requests at the ARM Service Center and the new portal will track, screen and exhibit status updates.

Operating as a division of ACE USA, ACE Risk Management delivers an array of risk management programs and services, which helps firms across all industries to deal with costs of financing and managing risks.
