ACE Group's subsidiary, ACE Puerto Rico, has deployed latest re-architected variant of Cover-All policy to improve its commercial lines customer service.
Developed by Cover-All Technologies, the Cover-All policy is expected enhance the company’s handling of Commercial Auto and Commercial Package (Property, General Liability, Inland Marine and Crime) lines of business.
The policy is also intended to further transform ACE Puerto Rico’s core commercial lines operations, including rating, quoting, underwriting, document generation/management and distribution, simultaneously improving collaboration and productivity.
ACE Puerto Rico president Judith Hernandez said the latest version of the policy features intuitiveness and fully built out, robust functionality.
”The ease-of-use Cover-All Policy provides will help improve operational efficiencies with internal users as well as agents, reducing training time and increasing productivity,” Hernandez added.
