Insurance and reinsurance provider ACE Group has launched its Claims Reporting Guidance pack, a collection of sector-specific briefing documents to guide brokers and clients manage and prepare for claims.

ACE said the document covers five insurance sectors – Crime, Professional Liability, Financial Institutions Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Directors & Officers – and provides custom made guidelines and frequently asked questions (FAQs) for each, based on client feedback.

The guidelines are intended to provide clear direction as to the specific details, supporting material and general information that claimants should prepare to ensure a claim, while the FAQs section provides further clarification around the claims process and contract terminology.

ACE Claims Relationship Manager Catherine Horton said the ACE Claims Guidance package is a way of providing additional support to help clients in the claims process alongside personal advice and guidance.
