ACCORD Restoration has completed acquisition of the Insurance Restoration Division of Baltimore-based Welsh Construction Remodeling, in an effort to further expand its services in Maryland, US.
As part of the acquisition, Welsh insurance restoration staff and customers will witness minor changes, including name change, however, the company will continue to focus on retail construction and remodeling business.
ACCORD Restoration owner Frank Nemshick said, ”Our top priorities with this acquisition are maintaining the integrity of the staff, and continuing to serve Welsh’s insurance restoration customers with first-rate service and restoration expertise.”
The new restoration team will serve Maryland customers from the existing Baltimore headquarters of ACCORD Restoration.
Under an expansion strategy, ACCORD Restoration has established its fourth branch in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in early 2012.
Welsh Construction provides full-service restoration, rebuilding and remodeling services to property owners through its Insurance Restoration Division.
