Accenture has been selected to license, implement and maintain Accenture claim components solution, its claims management application, at Anadolu Sigorta, a Turkish property and casualty insurer.
According to Accenture, the system will be designed to help Anadolu Sigorta enhance claims processing and improve customer service, while reducing the cost of its claims operation. The new claims solution is part of a program initiated by Anadolu Sigorta in 2008 to transform its business processes and establish an operating model.
The company said that it will deploy Accenture claim components solution to support core claims transactions, from first notice of loss through financials and reserve management for Anadolu Sigorta’s P&C insurance operation in Turkey.
In addition, Accenture will also provide Anadolu Sigorta with a related software maintenance and upgrades for five years.
