To enhance the compensation management processes

Absa Life has selected Varicent SPM solution of Varicent Software, a provider of incentive compensation (ICM) and sales performance management (SPM) solutions, to improve the company’s sales effectiveness.

Absa Life is part of the Absa Group, a South Africa-based financial services.
