US-based private equity firm ABRY Partners has completed the acquisition of insurance and assistance services provider, International Medical Group (IMG).

Terms of the deal, which was first announced in September this year, have not been disclosed.

Based in Indianapolis, IMG provides insurance services to various customers in around 200 countries.

With multilingual claims administrators and trained customer service professionals, the firm provides round the clock medical management services.

IMG group of companies include Akeso Care Management, IMG Europe, IMG-Stop Loss, Global Response, iTravelInsured and International Medical Administrators.
